for the 2007 Words Without Voices ^TM Online Album Art Competition

Official Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER: The 2006 Words Without Voices^TM contest begins on December 1, 2006 and ends on or about October 3, 2007. Any registered user of Words Without Voices^TM website may enter. All entries must be submitted with an official entry form at www.wordswithoutvoices.com. To qualify, any person must submit a graphic design to illustrate one of the song lyrics on our site. Each entrant may submit no more than five (5) entries in each category for consideration. All entries must be received on or before August 31, 2007. Words Without Voices^TM, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, deleted or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of Words Without Voices^TM and will not be returned. All submissions must be in digital form in JPG, PNG or GIF file. Files must not exceed 1 mibibytes per entry.
2. SELECTION: There are two competitions: Song Book Cover Design (Category 1) and Album Jacket Design (Category 2). Ten (10) finalists in each category will be selected on or about September 15, 2007, from all eligible entries received on or before August 30, 2007. The finalists for each category will be selected through a determination of judges authorized by Words Without Voices^TM, whose decision will be final. On or about September 15, 2007, the work of each of the ten finalists in each category shall be posted on the contest website. From the finalists in each category, a first, second and third Prize Winner will be determined through voting by registered users on the Words Without Voices^TM website. The voting will be completed by October 1, 2007 and the winners will be announced on or about October 3, 2007. The Prize Winner will be formally notified by certified mail.
3. THE PRIZES: There will be prizes awarded in each of the two categories:
   • First Prize: $1,500
   • Second Prize: $1,000
   • Third Prize: $500
4. GENERAL: Prizes are not transferable. The Prize Winners are subject to verification by Words Without Voices^TM, whose decisions are binding and final.

   By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules. All submitters agree to Words Without Voices^TM use (unless prohibited by national, state or local law) of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Each Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release, which must be returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

   The Prize Winners agree that the sponsor has not made nor is it responsible for any representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, relative to the prize.

   All taxes and other obligations on the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners.

   The competition is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

   By accepting the prize, the prize winners release Atlantis Found Publishing, Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, promotion, and production agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including and without limitation to property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

   For an official winners list, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to 2006 Words Without Voices^TM Contest. The winner list will be available by November 1, 2007.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. Eligible entrants must have reached their 18th birthday. Employees of Atlantis Found, Inc. (sponsor) and its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, public relations, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses) are not eligible.
6. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT: Atlantis Found Publishing, Inc. is not responsible for the content of the creative expression of artwork, images, language or music included in the submissions, nor does any such content reflect the views of Atlantis Found Publishing, Inc. or its employees.
7. MINIMUM ENTRY NOTICE: If Atlantis Found Publishing Inc. doesnŐt receive a minimum of 300 (three hundred) qualified entries in each of the two categories before August 31, 2007, it will not be obligated to award prize money and will refund the entrants' submission fees.
